After spending $200 for a geeks2u, unable to solve the problem, he wanted another $200 since it would be a new session. Xander was able to work hard to sort out my problem of being unable to open my laptop with Windows. Mostly unable to fix, he worked hard to solve it. Repair options were explained clearly varying from the simple to complicated.  Fortunately only a simple repair was required and the service was performed very promptly. I am very pleased with the honesty and efficiency of this company and have no hesitation recommending them.

My experience with Computer Mechanics was amazing! I am a student and I really need my computer for assignments so when I dropped my computer and the screen smashed I was devastated. The price was reasonable and even though they said it would take 2 weeks max to get the parts required, I heard back earlier and they fixed my computer within an hour! Seamless service, friendly staff! The guy even cleaned the dust out of the exhaust without being asked! My computer has been working just fine since the repair so Thank you for the great experience!

This is a great place to get really helpful service. They ordered a new laptop screen for me (less than 2 days) whereas if I ordered it myself then the quickest I could get a new screen part from online suppliers was two to three weeks (and no guarantees that it would be the right part out of several dozen closely related parts). The screen was replaced successfully in less than an hour after I arrived at the premises. Thank you
