Absolutely amazing! After spending $200 for a geeks2u, unable to solve the problem, he wanted another $200 since it would be a new session. Xander was able to work hard to sort out my problem of being unable to open my laptop with Windows. Mostly unable to fix, he worked hard to solve it. I had an old computer examined by this company aware that the machine may be beyond its reasonable life. Repair options were explained clearly varying from the simple to complicated.  Fortunately only a simple repair was required and the service was performed very promptly. I am very pleased with the honesty and efficiency of this company and have no hesitation recommending them.
